How to use

Refrigerator: Storage Freezer: Freezing Oven: Cooking Microwave: Heating (Use in microwave ovens only if they allow it) Format: R75 > 4 portions Rinse before use. Cooking and subsequent reheating of food in the oven must be done without the lid.
